Practice makes perfect, and training has never been this fun!

With the clear objective to improve operators’ skills in handling aerial platforms and increase efficiency, Manlift Middle East introduces the use of Virtual Reality (VR) – a technology that immerses a human into a simulated world that provides a better workplace experience. Practice makes perfect, as the saying goes, and perfection in the workplace could be achieved if workers can train themselves into maneuvering equipment before they step into actuality. Through a virtual reality-based (VR) workplace simulation, workers and operators can rehearse and prepare for the challenges of their duties. This is made possible in partnership with Serious Labs. Training has never been this fun as our qualified IPAF instructors at Manlift Training Centre merge enjoyment and in-depth virtual on-site experience which will help them perceive what is expected and what is happening in an actual worksite very well.

Safety and security are a must and that is exactly what’s on our trainers’ minds. Wherever the trainees are—whether operating an AWP in the yard training zone or training room, Manlift ensures that they are working in a “controlled environment.” Assessment is key to gauge the trainees’ proficiency and so at the end of each mini-module, reports of their proficiency will be given to users to know the areas which need improvements. The simulations get harder as the level increases which takes an hour to accomplish for a beginner. Virtual reality will change the game in the workplace by uplifting the standards and efficiency of workers through an innovative approach!
